Job Title: Head of Sales & Marketing

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Job Summary
Sales:

• Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales goals.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and performance management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Marketing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to highlight our value proposition.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing, including messaging, materials, and campaigns.
• Manage and lead the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Analyze marketing data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Digital Media:

• Develop and implement data-driven digital strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
• Oversee social media marketing, content creation, and website optimization.
• Manage and lead the digital marketing team, staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.
• Analyze digital media data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree
• 10-15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and digital media, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles at an agency or media company.
• Proven track record of success in client acquisition and sales growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
