Job Title: Research & Development Officer
Requirements
- BSc/HND degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, social sciences or other relevant discipline
- Demonstrate sound education within the context of research and data management.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in research
- Proven track record of design. delivering and completing research projects for practical business application.
- Proven track record of analysing and writing up research
- Competence in applying both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience using statistical packages, models.
- Knowledge and skill in word processing, data entry and data analysis, as well as demonstrated computer aptitude and experience
- Strong skills in MS Word. Excel and Power Point
- Creativity in finding solutions to real business issues.
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills
- Excellent writing skills for research appears as well as mass publications, printed and digital
- Proven networking skills
- Ability to generate goodwill and establish positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, collaborators, colleagues
- Ability to manage parallel tasks and deliver on time to meet internal and external deadlines
