PG Consulting Limited - Our client, a Ceramics & Tiles Manufacturing company, is recruiting experienced and organized individuals to join their team in the capacity below:

Job Title: Glazing Shift-in-Charge

Location: Ajaokuta, Kogi
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working Days: Monday-Saturday

Responsibilities

• Supervise the glazing team and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely according to production schedules.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the glazing process, identifying and rectifying any issues.
• Possess a strong understanding of various glaze compositions and textures to achieve desired results.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks within the glazing line using analytical problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role within the Tiles Industry.
• Demonstrated experience working with both ceramic and vitrified tiles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical mindset for identifying and resolving production issues.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience:

• Glazing of ceramics: 3 years (Required).
