PG Consulting Limited - Our client in the Tiles Industry is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Press Shift In Charge

Location: Ajaokuta, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday-Saturday

Responsibilities

• Supervise the press team and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely according to production schedules.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the pressing process, identifying and rectifying any issues.
• Possess a strong understanding of various pressing techniques and machinery operation to achieve optimal results.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks within the pressing line using analytical problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role within the Tiles Industry.
• Demonstrated experience working with both ceramic and vitrified tiles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical mindset for identifying and resolving production issues.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience:

• Tiling Industry: 8 years (Required)
• Press shift in charge: 5 years (Required)
