Job Description/Requirements
- Highly Motivated Individual that directs and schedules kitchen and bar staff;
- Responsible for the daily operation of business;
- That prepares and serves food and drinks to customers ensuring service delivery at every point of sale.
- Making sure food is of the highest quality and is produced on time.
- Managing stocks of food, health and hygiene procedures.
- Must have vast experience in the Hotel industry.
