Job Description

• We are seeking a seasoned security professional to join our team as Chief Security Officer (CSO).
• As CSO, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, assets, and properties.
• You will develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to mitigate potential security risks and threats and oversee the security operations of our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and properties.
• Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats.
• Design and implement security measures to protect against physical security threats, cyber threats, and data breaches.
• Manage and lead a team of security personnel, including guards, supervisors, and other security staff.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and other external partners to ensure effective security operations.
• Develop and manage security budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards, including those related to data privacy and physical security.
• Provide regular security updates and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
• Develop and implement emergency response and crisis management plans.
• Oversee security operations for all Mshel Homes Limited properties, including construction sites, offices, and residential units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., criminal justice, security management).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security leadership roles, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards relevant to the real estate industry.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of security professionals.
• Ability to communicate complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
