Job Description

  • We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant  to provide high quality organizational, administrative and executive support.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordination of all administrative matters
  • Minute taking, creating and circulating agendas and minutes.
  • Collate and analyse reports.
  • Performs confidential secretarial functions.
  • Coordination of travels and logistics.

Educational Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma (B.Sc. / HND) in any Science, Social Science or Arts related course

Experience:

  • Must have 3-5 years relevant work experience  
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office and other packages.
  • Excellent human relations skill.

Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Excellent typing (minimum 50wpm) and data entry skills.
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
  • Ability to compose basic memos/letters and proofread correspondence.
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively as part of a team, including the ability to liaise with others and keep people informed. 
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize your own workload and that of officers you line manage.
  • High level of integrity value, excellent team spirit and can do.
