Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies and product launches.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar role in the sector, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian market, including distribution channels, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Nigeria.
