Job Description

• Provide support for attainment of transactional processing targets across E-Channels through engagement of Internal and external stakeholders for optimal utilisation of digital Channels applications.

Additional Information:

• Daily reporting on-boarded Merchants across e-commerce, and multibank platforms
• E commerce Daily transactional reporting
• Review of all submitted documents for Onboarding on ecommerce/multibank platforms and SME Internet banking platforms and ensuring that the correct customer details are captured on the respective platforms
• Ensure timely resolve on all request logged on service desk within SLA.
• Ensure timely resolve on all request sent via email with appropriate feedback given to the requester
