Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals
- Gaining New business through brokers and direct business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market
- Maintain a good working relationship with clients, primarily insurance brokers and direct clients
- Introducing new products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with clients and brokers
- Consulting, promoting and recommending the most effective coverfor a particular need, taking a number of factors into account.
- Achieve personal sales targets and brokers units team sales target by developing new business with existing and potential clients
- Provide feedback on market requirements and ideas for improving sales and product performance through brokers
- Maintain thorough knowledge of important product categories and industry changes.
- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets
Qualification & Experience
- First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
- MBA will an advantage
- Professional Certification
- 8 years minimum experience in a similar position.
