We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ketu Ikosi Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate furniture solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the company’s furniture products to potential and existing clients.
• Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and product improvements.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and specifications.
• Close sales deals and ensure all contractual terms are met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in the furniture or manufacturing industry, is preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and convey product specifications and benefits.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of the furniture manufacturing industry and market trends.

Salary
N180,000 per month.
