Job Overview
- As a Griller, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items on the grill, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and taste.
- You will play a crucial role in maintaining the consistency and satisfaction of our customers' dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and grill various types of meats, and other food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure that all grilled items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized grill station.
- Monitor and manage inventory of grill items, ensuring freshness and quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Griller or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge of grilling techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
