Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for recipes by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing as directed by the kitchen staff.
• Measure and portion ingredients accurately to assist with meal preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
