Job Title: Combination Welder

Job Description

• We are seeking skilled and experienced Combination Welders to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and construction activities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform all welding for all construction activity within and outside the base.
• Preparing working materials by clamping, cutting or applying chemical solutions to piping.
• Performing pre-weld tests to ensure that materials are ready for welding.
• Operate and use power saws, chipping knife and hand shears in cutting, beveling and contouring metal work during work activities.
• Assembling, installing and repairing pipe components and systems according to specifications.
• Have the ability to conduct work assignments to determine appropriate welding methods and equipment.
• Set up and operate requisite hand and power tools common to the welding activities.

Requirements

• SSCE with not less than 5 years’ experience as a combination welder.
• Basic knowledge on engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Excellent welding ability.
• Ability to use various fitting tools/equipment.
