Job Title: Human Resources / Operations Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
• Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

Qualifications

• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 2 years experience in human resources or administrative role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Salary Range
200,000 - 250,000 per month.
