ThePush Consulting is a consulting firm that handles reruitment for clients amongst other services such as PR, Content marketing, crisis management and communication, personal and corporate branding.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Scope

• Audit financial documents and procedures, reconcile bank statements, and calculate tax payments and returns
• Provide accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of the business, while ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
• Manage all accounting transactions and ensure timely bank payments
• Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements on time
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Manage income and expenditure accounts
• Calculate employee paychecks for each pay period and prepare tax obligations

Key Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
• Hands-on experience with relevant accounting software including advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree
• Additional certification is a plus

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 per month.
