Operations Manager at Mayfair Gardens Property Owners and Residents Association (MAGPORA)

Mayfair Gardens Property Owners and Residents Association (MAGPORA) is an association founded to promote and foster healthy communal relations amongst the residents of Mayfair Gardens Estate Awoyaya. The Association over the last 5 years has taken a new direction of coordinating the management of the estate through the Facility Management Office of the estate. Providning security and other social and infrastructural amaneities for all residents and staekeholders.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Awoyaya, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblities

• You will be required to oversee and monitor daily itineraries to ensure the smooth running of the organization.
• Manage the optimization process to speed up implementation, improve on the policies and operational system to achieve organisational goals and budgets, create supportive initiatives, and boost employee's productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience

Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 / Month.
