Job Description

• The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty products, dedicated to meeting customer needs, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
• All prospective candidates are to reside within the Surulere axis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Promote and sell cosmetic products to walk-in customers.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a tidy and organized area.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a courteous manner..
• Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• 1 - 3 years experience in the sales industry.
• Previous experience in cosmetics sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with makeup products and trends.
• Strong customer focus and active listening skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with clients effectively.
