Maintenance Supervisor at Mayfair Gardens Property Owners and Residents Association (MAGPORA)

Mayfair Gardens Property Owners and Residents Association (MAGPORA) is an association founded to promote and foster healthy communal relations amongst the residents of Mayfair Gardens Estate, Awoyaya. The Association over the last 5 years have taken a new direction of coordinating the management of the estate through the Facility Management Office of the estate, providing security and other social and infrastructural amenities for all residents and stakeholders.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Awoyaya, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• You are expected to train maintenance employees, develop maintenance policies and procedures, plan and schedule repairs when necessary, manage maintenance budgets and logistics, conduct maintenance work and safety inspection schedules.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 5+ years relevant work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
