We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Summary of Function

• As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of projects.
• You will work closely with the Projects Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are planned and executed efficiently, delivered on time, and within budget.
• Your strong management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be critical in coordinating project activities and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Project Management, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years experience.
• NLNG Experience
• Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in a services industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
