We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: UI/UX Plugin Designer for WordPress Plugins

Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and visually appealing UI designs for leading WordPress plugins using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to brainstorm ideas and iterate on designs.
• Conduct research on competitors’ designs and industry trends.Develop user journeys, flows, and wireframes, ensuring usability and user-centric design principles.
• Maintain and work within our design system built in Figma.
• Propose innovative design ideas and variations, contributing to product enhancement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in UI design and web technologies.
• Commit to working a minimum of 40 hours per week on various projects.Qualifications

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, specifically within WordPress projects.
• Thorough understanding of WordPress, plugins, and the ecosystem’s opportunities and limitations.
• Proficiency in Figma for design creation and prototyping.
• A strong portfolio showcasing skills in UI/UXPortfolio demonstrating creative and user-focused design solutions.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and user flows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in conducting competitive analysis and user research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively liaise with your Product Manager.
• Strong communication skills with proactive responses to emails and Slack messages.
