Job Title: Instructor

Job Summary

• The Instructor at our recruitment agency is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff and candidates.
• This role involves developing curriculum, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure that all participants are well-prepared for their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs and curriculum for staff and candidates.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Assess training needs and customize programs to meet those needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training materials.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to staff and candidates as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructor or Trainer, preferably in a recruitment or staffing environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
• Proficiency in training software and tools.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
