Job Summary

• The Plumbing Trainer at our recruitment agency is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to prepare candidates for roles as plumbers.
• This role involves creating curriculum, conducting hands-on training sessions, and ensuring trainees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for successful job placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for candidates.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and guides.
• Assess the skills and progress of trainees, providing feedback and support.
• Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with recruitment staff to understand job requirements and tailor training accordingly.

Qualifications

• Certification or Diploma in Plumbing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Plumber or Plumbing Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
