Job Summary

• The IT Personnel at our recruitment agency is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the agency's IT infrastructure.
• This role involves managing hardware and software systems, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring data security and efficient network operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
• Ensure network security and data protection.
• Manage and update the agency’s database and recruitment software.
• Install and configure new technology and software as needed.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of network management and data security.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and databases is a plus.

Salary

• N250,000 monthly
