  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of software development, IT training, and branding, and a proven track record in managing business portfolios to achieve substantial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and proposals to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Administrator or similar role in the software development, IT training, or branding industry.
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret market trends and client feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
