Job Description

• Manage the overall operations of the mobile money and agency business of the Bank.
• Responsible for revenue generation from the propositions and service offerings as well as the achievement of new customer acquisition and transaction volume through the products’ delivery channels.
• Drive brand visibility and expand retail footprint through a vibrant Agent network derived from Direct Agents of the bank, collaborations with Super Agents and other strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• First Degree in any field.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years experience
