FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client, a fast-growing and professional-run FMCG company, with factory located in Sagamu/Ijebu-Ode axis and Head Office in Lagos Mainland, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning and Development Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• B.Sc / B.Tech / HND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
• Professional certification, e.g., ACIPM, SHRM will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in an FMCG or a manufacturing company.
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Organizing training materials and training programmes, as well as ensuring that the costs of planned programmes don't exceed the provided budget.

Salary
N2,900,000 - N3,500,000 Annually.
