Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality furniture components.
• This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for woodworking and furniture construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to create detailed, accurate designs for furniture components.
• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines including routers, mills, and lathes to produce parts as per specifications.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings, tool requirements, and production methods.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes, workflows, and machine operations to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Operator, preferably in the furniture or woodworking industry.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, experience with CAD/CAM software, and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and finishing processes.

Salary

• N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
