Lifestores is democratizing access to primary healthcare in Nigeria and other frontier markets by transforming the role and effectiveness of pharmacies. Pharmacies are the most visited space in healthcare in frontier markets like Nigeria; however, they are constrained by challenges around expensive medication, fake medicines, and limited holistic care services. 

Lifestores has developed a digital pharmaceutical marketplace called OGA pharmacy to help pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics manage their inventory more efficiently, enjoy group purchase discounts, access loans, and better serve their patients. Lifestores also owns a mass-market network of pharmacies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Locations: Ikeja, Surulere & Kosofe - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Process all inventory to be shipped and coming to the organization.
  • Organize materials shipped to the warehouse according to picking list, item number, lot number and quantity.
  • Participate in and ensuring accuracy of stock count related activities.
  • Measures the speed and accuracy of placing received items into their designated storage locations
  • Measures the percentage of customer orders fulfilled completely from available inventory
  • Follow strictly all SC procedures with respect to pick and pack activities
  • Ensure each line item of goods is picked accurately, the correct item in the correct quantity
  • Assembling daily orders, filling out packing and order forms by shipping location; maintain a list of all inventories needed and provide them to shippers and movers as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degrees in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to long-term planning.
