Responsibilities
- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Qualification
- B.Sc in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related field.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in human resources or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Must have worked in an Hospitality industry (Restaurant).
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
