Job Description

• Shift supervisors are professionals who oversee the business operations of their workplace during their shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team's workflow and assign tasks for employees to perform during their shifts.
• Make team schedules and manage the changing shifts.
• Responsible for training new employees and ensuring they're knowledgeable about the work tasks, safety standards, and procedures.
• Resolve conflicts between employees
• Responsible for monitoring sales figures and ensuring teams meet predetermined targets.
• Collects and counts the cash to ensure it aligns with the shift's POS sales data.
• Monitor stock levels of inventory, resources, and other materials to avoid any delays in production.
• Display strong leadership skills to manage and motivate employees effectively.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff members.
• Deal with challenging situations throughout their shifts.
