Job Title: Operation Officer

Location: Isherri, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Deployment of guards
• Focuses on Guards' Needs: Understands and responds to their needs and also meets their expectations within the organizational parameters.
• Do routine checks to know whether guards are at their best always
• Solves Problems: Assesses problem situations to identify causes.
• Makes recommendations and or resolves the problem.
• Ensure the availability of mentally, emotionally and physically fit guards to fill vacancies at all times.
• Conduct background checks and verification on all guards
• Report all activities of guard.

Job Requirements

• OND, NCE, Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma from an accredited college or university with a major in a relevant field
• 0 - 4 years of work experience.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage the activities of a team
• Ability to present data clearly and highlight its potential for decision-making
• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work calmly under pressure.
• Applicant must reside within Ikeja, Ketu, Ojodu Berger, Ogba Aguda, Akute,
• Magboro, Mowe Ibafo axis.
