Job Title: Sales Analyst

Job Description

  • As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends to provide actionable insights that drive sales performance and strategy.
  • You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and optimize sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to sales and marketing teams based on data analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer preferences.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and software to extract, manipulate, and visualize data.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and any other relevant tools or software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
