Finance Supervisor - Receivables at Frigoglass Industries Nigeria Limited

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Supervisor - Receivables

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

• To optimize invoicing and collections process to minimize collection time and eliminate the risk of bad debt; accurately apply customers’ payments to their respective accounts in timely manner for easy identification of outstanding balances.

Responsibilities

• Posting of invoices, issuance of debit notes, credit notes and follow up with commercial team for their timely submission to customers.
• Posting of payments and application to the right invoices.
• Performs reconciliations on large corporate accounts and resolve issues timely/monthly
• Continuous and consistent customer account review and inter-face with the customers with intention of decreasing the differences and reconciliations.
• Provision of statement of accounts and statement of outstanding invoices to customers monthly and on request
• Computation of customer rebate based on contractual agreements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, or other finance related fields.
• 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent usage of Microsoft excel,
• Critical-thinking skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic ERP application
• Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
