Trident Microfinance Bank Limited (TMFB) is a financial institution licensed in October 2016, by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to engage in microfinance banking. As a microfinance bank, we provide financial services to micro, small and medium enterprises both formal and informal, and to underserved individuals who require affordable loans.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Implementing and managing security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data.
• Monitoring networks and systems for security breaches, intrusions, and unusual activity.
• Conducting regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
• Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining security software, such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Responding to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner, including investigation, analysis, and mitigation.
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of IT infrastructure and projects.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
• Providing training and awareness programs to educate employees about cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 7 Years experience
