Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Supports all bank internal employees and external vendors with troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues.
- Deploy hardware and software.
- Monitors external and internal help desk ticket programs.
- Assist with the tracking of IT changes.
- Assist with IT administration.
- Documents all IT procedures, processes and configurations of applications and end-user equipment.
- Maintains level of work knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, and professional organizations.
- Participates in risk assessment activity and assists in the performance of annual external IT audits.
- Participates in patching activity of all bank equipment to ensure a compliant and secure environment.
- Other assignments as assigned
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess at least an OND qualification with relevant experience.
