Job Description

• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures for training.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provide reports on training outcomes and suggest improvements.
