We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Advisor

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify leads via email marketing and code calling.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve the online visibility of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content for search engines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all client information and communications.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients abroad, promoting our products and services.
  • Handle international communications with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in product advisory, sales, business development, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, lead qualification, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to conduct international calls and handle cross-cultural communications.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
