Job Title: Communications & Engagement Officer

Location: Lagos

Description

• We are seeking a skilled and creative entry-level Communications & Engagement Officer to join the CSR-in-Action Team.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting compelling content, managing external relations, and implementing communication strategies to enhance our organization’s public image.

Requirements
Ability to:

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies.
• Create engaging content for various purposes, including digital media, websites, newsletters, and press releases.
• Conduct research, develop proposals, and coordinate their dissemination.
• Support the organization and management of events to promote the organization’s activities.
• Support the Business Development, Quality Management & Events Manager in maintaining quality standards and client relationships.
• Interface with other members of the team regarding their communication requirements
• Monitor, analyze and report on communication effectiveness.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Social Sciences with at least 2 years experience.
