Job Title: Marketer

Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop, Implement and monitor marketing/sales Scheme.
- Will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, researching and analyzing sales option.
- Responsible for achieving sales target.
- Ensure adequate follow-up with clients after sales/marketing.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings and conferences.
Academic Qualifications/ Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Marketing with a minimum of 4 years marketing experience in real estate company or any reputable company.
- Ability to work both independently or as part of a team.
- Strong written and oral communication in English.
- Efficient marketing strategies / skills.
- Knowledge of property laws is an added advantage.
