Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Representative

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Satisfaction Representatives to join our teams in Abuja and Lagos.
• As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process orders and requests efficiently and accurately
• Provide detailed product information and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• By requiring 3 years of experience, we are looking for candidates with a higher level of expertise and a proven track record of success in customer service roles.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
