Job Title: Building Engineer/ Technician
Location: Lagos
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Ensure that buildings are designed and built to the project specifications and budget of the company.
- Achieve project objectives and deliver projects on schedule.
- Oversee and maintain on-going building constructions.
- Plan and direct activities of personnel at site.
- Schedule duties and assign equipment and material to conduct required maintenance and construction.
- Consult with Architects on building layouts.
- Ensure efficient management of buildings while supervising and coordinating the works of contractors on site.
- Keep record of activities linked to the operation and management of the facilities/ buildings.
Academic Qualifications/ Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Building Engineering with a minimum of 5 years extensive experience in building.
- Proactive and responsive to project needs.
