Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for our residential and commercial properties.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Mshel Homes properties.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and Mshel Homes.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, progress, and results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulation
