Requirements
- Candidate must have a good first degree and a Master's degree in Library and Information Studies from a reputable University or comparable Institution of learning with at least 10 years relevant working experience.
- Candidate must have strong and considerable proof of continuous research with appreciable evidence scholarly journals.
- He or she must have registered with the Librarian Registration Council.
