Sevan Construction Nigeria Limited was established in 1981 with Registration No. RC 37125 as a limited liability company specialized in all kinds of “PEB”: Pre-Engineered Buildings. Working from certified designs in the manufacturing and erection of steel structures, we can construct a wide variety of buildings such as: warehouses, airport hangers, factories, churches, commercial and residential spaces with Structural Steel fabrication design & erection to the civil construction and in the Oil & Gas Industries, development and manufacturing of various semi-trailers, rigid truck bodies, which enabled the company to deliver complete projects of steel structures coupled with civil engineering. Our factory is run by a team of specialized professional staff and can churn out 250 tons of steel products a month. A qualified technical and professional team is available to assist when queries arise in the factory or for follow-up on site.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Male Office Assistant

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Organize and and assist associates in ways to optimize office procedures.
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies in a timely manner to ensure no shortages or loss.
  • Run other routine errands, as required, for the office.
  • Maintain company assets; track usage and working conditions and give prompt reports.
  • Assist in coordinating trainings and purchasing supplies for events.
  • Taking and delivering messages from clients and in-between departments.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Oversee clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
  • Support the managers when required
  • Maintain records
  • Take and deliver messages.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly

Requirement and Skills

  • Ability to get office supplies/items from suppliers/vendors at a cost effective rate.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
