We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Ticketer

Location: Agbara, Ogun/Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for a meticulous and organized Ticketer to manage ticket bookings and reservations for our clients.
• You will ensure that all travel arrangements are accurate and meet client preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and issue tickets for flights, and other modes of transportation.
• Confirm bookings and update clients on their travel itineraries.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
• Provide clients with information on travel regulations and restrictions.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing or reservations.
• Proficiency in using ticketing platforms and other booking platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
