Job Title: Inventory & Pricing Lead

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for effectively ensuring and recording accurate records of inventory at FoodCourt Business to achieve sales targets while maintaining inventory goals
• Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate procurement and reordering of ingredient to prevent stockouts at any point
• Sourcing of Wholesale producers/suppliers and Farmers to give us the best rates and quality for our B2B business
• Implement strategies to minimise excess inventory, reduce carrying costs, and optimise inventory turnover to maximise profitability.
• Excellent relationship management with vendors and supplier
• Analyse sales trends, market demand, and customer preferences to anticipate future inventory needs and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Inspect incoming ingredients for quality and accuracy, ensuring that products meet the required standards and specifications.
• Utilise inventory management software to track and record inventory movements, including deliveries, shipments, and returns.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to understand customer demands and align inventory levels accordingly to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of inventory-related transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations for improving inventory management.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within FMCG / Food Beverage industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
