Job Title: Sales Officer (Manpower Outsourcing)
Location: Mainland, Lagos
Job Description (Summary)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close sales deals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc. / B.Tech / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or any other discipline.
- A higher degree (e.g. MBA, M.Sc.) may be an added advantage.
- Minimum of three years’ sales experience. Candidates from manpower outsourcing firms, banks, engineering services companies, etc., are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Age: 36 years max.
Reward System
- Fixed Salary: N300,000 Net Monthly. There is also commission as sales incentive.
