We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Corporate Planning:

• Assist the CEO to design and implement corporate strategies designed to meet all short and longterm goals and objectives
• Ensure quarterly business goals are attainable and aligned with corporate objectives
• Ensure required resources are deployed properly to meet defined goals

Operations & Process Management:

• Ensure full adherence to all policies inclusive of recommending improvements where necessary
• Lead and guide business managers to ensure attainment of set objectives
• Coordinate interface between all business divisions to ensure symmetry
• In conjunction with Legal and Financial heads, ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance with statutory obligations

Revenue Assurance:

• Collaborate & work closely with divisional teams, the Chief Financial Officer, and the CEO to ensure the prompt & profitable development of all residential and commercial assets
• Coordinate revenue teams particularly business development, commercial services & client engagement teams providing management oversight to ensure revenue performance
• Lead and guide effective coordination of all business channel sales outlets and brokers.
