We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Monitor Purchase Requests: Oversee daily purchase requests to ensure timely processing.
• Create Purchase Orders: Generate foreign and local purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Request Quotations: Obtain quotations from freight forwarders for various freight jobs.
• Track Shipments: Monitor inbound shipments and ensure timely delivery to the designated locations.
• Reporting: Compile and submit daily and monthly reports to the Procurement Lead.
• Coordinate Closures: Work with different departments to facilitate the closure of purchase orders and resolve any procurement issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Higher National Diploma in any related discipline from an accredited institution.
• At least one (1) year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in the use of Excel & ERP/SAP software.
• Good interpersonal skills & job delivery
• Attention to details is highly expected
